Abstract: In the freeze-dried snack and food market, PT Sadjian Bumi Indonesia is a small business that specializes in compact and quick food items and offers products with extended lifespans. Under the brand name Sadjian, PT Sadjian Bumi Indonesia offered the products. The concept of PT Sadjian Bumi Indonesia's product is to offer a distinctive, easy-to-consume food item that is also more nutritional. Sadjian now manufactures two different product categories: traditional cuisine and freeze-dried fruit. Sadjian wanted to create new, more healthy, and distinctive food items that could be consumed by people of all ages in order to increase the diversity of food offered. Additionally, Sadjian collaborates with other businesses to provide a variety of culinary and snack items. These reports aim to convey the range of work and activity while also providing insights learned during the internship, such as the creation of yogurt bites, the application for the SPP-IRT License, and the creation and formulation of recipes. Both the creation of the yogurt bites and the sensory assessment were completed successfully. The SPP-IRT certification is required in addition to the product license for the released product. The Sadjian team will carry on with the product's development in order to introduce it as a new Sadjian product.
