Abstract: | FF is a flavor-house company that focuses on flavor while utilizing the B2B concept. Lots of sectors could be found in the flavoring plant, and among them is dairy products. Immune has been a novel trending topic at the present and therefore enhancing dairy products such as yogurt using immune booster premix would be recommended and beneficial. Hence, the customer's acceptance could be increased with the usage of flavoring, and it should be in the same direction as the Immune System concept. The fruit flavor was preferable because it represents immunity as well as being in the same order as the yogurt's characteristics. Customer acceptance was determined using the random sampling method, and tests were done using a 9-point hedonic scale. One-way ANOVA statistical analysis was then used to find out the significance of each parameter and the result displays that among all flavors, cranberry has the highest grade on most of the parameters except aroma and aftertaste. |
