Prescreening sensory panelists is the main project that is used for sorting potential panelist who has a good ability to conduct sensory test. Sensory test is a critical test in the flavor industry because it is used for evaluating the quality of flavor products. Chi-Square method is used for analyzing prescreening sensory data in order to evaluate whether there is any relationship between gender, age, and habit with the result of recognition taste. The observation showed there is no statistically significant relationship between variables, since all of their significant value is larger than 0.05.
