The employee is one of the factors that will determine whether the company is successful. Sustainability leadership has gained much popularity as an emergent multidisciplinary area in recent literature. Current studies on how a sustainability leadership belief can influence the practice of leader control, within the framework of society-located public activities, are still incomplete, despite limited research to date (Suriyan Ketkaew et al., 2022). This research uses a quantitative method with data analysis using SPSS. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Wijaya Pangan Utama to know their perspective on their leaders and if they have triple bottom line factors or not.en_US
