dc.description.abstract | four-month internship was conducted in PT. Bio Farma Bandung as a study following the Enrichment Program held by i3L. PT. Bio Farma is a state-owned biopharmaceutical company located in Bandung, established with a focus on the research and development of vaccines in Indonesia. As part of the Tetanus Vaccine Production department, the author worked directly on the production facilities, particularly with the fermentors mainly to conduct the sterile hold test (SHT) in the tetanus vaccine production facility. SHT was conducted in order to show and prove that the fermentors are suitable for use and able to maintain a sterile condition throughout the tetanus vaccine production process. The results showed that the facility is able to maintain a sterile environment, with the exception of one inoculum fermentor. Other than the SHT, the author also helped with writing and translating documents related to the tetanus vaccine production. | en_US |
