Abstract: | Green supply chain management has been a popular approach for many businesses to respond to many environmental issues, such as climate change, loss of biodiversity, resource depletion, greenhouse emissions, and climate change. This research aims to explore the effects of supply chain management on organizational sustainability performance and how it affects the products produced by the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. In response to current customer trends toward sustainability products, businesses are expected to implement green practices within their practices in order to reduce the environmental impacts of their products and operations. This research will employ online questionnaires that will be sent out to manufacturing businesses operating in Indonesia specifically in the Jabodetabek area, aiming to gather at least 193 respondents in order to collect the necessary information to conduct the research. SEM-PLS will be used to validate the data, resulting in a reliable outcome. This study is expected to provide value to the industry, theories, and government. |
