Abstract: Cultivating Nannochloropsis sp. is utilized to feed coral, jellyfish, and small fishes which could also reduce the consumption cost inside Jakarta Aquarium and Safari. Different parameters can affect the growth of Nannochloropsis sp. including salinity and amount of nutrients. This project aims to find the best parameter in terms of salinity and amount of nutrients difference. The salinity is distinguished into three values which are 0 ppt, 15 ppt, and 30 ppt. While the amount of nutrients is distinguished into three values which are 0 mL, 1 mL, and 2 mL. The sample was observed with a haemocytometer and spectrophotometer. The result shows Nannochloropsis sp. growth in salinity 0 ppt and 2 mL of nutrient amount has the best growth in terms of rapid development and sustainability.
