This report summarizes the internship project conducted in Indonesia International Institute for Life-Sciences (i3L). This internship project was under the Biomedicine department that aims to measure and compare CRS conducted on mice between 3 hours and 6 hours of treatment, also to evaluate behavioral tests on mice by FST and SPT. In this project, CRS was done to assess the 3 hours and 6 hours of CRS treatments. The CRS effect analysis was further measured with FST, evaluating mice’s immobility time (s). Another behavioral test, SPT, was done to detect the mice’s sucrose preference percentage. The data collected from the behavioral tests were analyzed using the statistical analysis method.en_US
