Abstract: This study tries to investigate the influence of knowledge, cultural values of hygiene, and personality on student attitudes and behaviour in waste management at the International Institute for Life Science. Besides, the study focused on the relationship between student attitudes and behaviour towards knowledge of waste management, the relationship between student attitudes and behaviour towards the cultural value of cleanliness, the relationship between student attitudes and behaviour on personality and the influence of student attitudes and behaviour in waste management on campus. Based on the four research variables above, a valid relationship was obtained between knowledge, cultural values, hygiene, and personality with student attitudes and behaviour. Thus, the results of this study are following the established hypothesis and this thesis explains the reasons that meet the hypothesis.
