dc.description.abstract | This internship project was conducted to develop a bioanalytical method for the LC-MS/MS analysis of GABA from mice hippocampus model of Alzheimer’s Disease, and followed by method validation of the developed bioanalytical method. This work highlights the usage of mice hippocampus as samples, with LC-MS/MS method tailored to specifically analyzed GABA from the sample, as these choices would resulted on a more specific and focused analysis. The developed method displayed acceptable accuracy, precision, range, linearity, and stability, which highly suggests that the method could be used for GABA analysis of mice hippocampus, but further testing of other validation parameters towards the bioanalytical method could be considered for future recommendations | en_US |
